Shipping policy

Shipping & Postage Within Australia

Because I am based in rural Western Australia, all orders are shipped via Australia Post and include a tracking number.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 (or FREE when you spend over $100.00)

Express Shipping: $16.95

Delivery Times: Standard postage times generally vary between 4 days to 2 weeks depending on your location.

🚜 Local Delivery (Regional WA)

I love supporting our local communities! I offer free delivery options for surrounding areas:

 Kukerin (6352): Free local delivery. Simply select the "Local Delivery" option at checkout and I will be in contact when your order is ready.

 Surrounding Towns: $15.00 (Katanning, Lake Grace, Dumbleyung, Wagin, and Narrogin etc.) You can select the delivery option for these towns at checkout.

⏳ Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering is available on selected products while they are finishing their cure on the racks.

Important Note: If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire parcel will NOT be posted until all items are ready. If you need in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

I will do my absolute best to keep you updated and remind you if your order includes a pre-order product.

⏱️ Dispatch & Order Processing

 I aim to get your order posted as soon as possible, usually within 5 business days (Monday – Friday).

 In the rare event of a rural delay, I will always reach out and keep you fully updated if your order hasn't been posted within 5 working days.

💳 Address Verification & PayPal

 Double-Check Your Address: I am not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses, so please triple-check your shipping details at checkout!

 PayPal Users: If paying via PayPal, I am required to ship to the address listed on your PayPal account. If your PayPal address does not match your shipping address, I reserve the right to cancel the order for security reasons.

 Gifts: If you are purchasing a gift to be sent directly to someone else, I do not recommend using PayPal as your payment method.

📦 Wholesale Accounts

Postage for wholesale orders will be calculated and applied to your final invoice. Wholesale shipping prices range between $12.95 and $59.00 depending on the size and weight of the order.
